Mr Qayyum assessed my condition correctly and recommended surgery which subsequently followed. I have just been discharged which I am pleased with and I can really feel the benefit! The hospital were excellent with communications and all dealings as was Mr Qayyum. All very professional and of course a great result. I can breath again!!! Thank you

I was referred to Mr Qayyum and I cannot fault his professionalism and care in dealing with the issue I had. He was very patient and answered all my questions and took me through the process from consultation to after care with great ease and is a credit to his profession. I would happily reccommend Mr Qayyum to anyone with an ENT issue.

In life you rarely meet people that exceed all expectations and are a true credit to medical practice. If you are lucky enough to have Mr Qayyum that is exactly the experience you will receive. After suffering for years with sinus related issues I was referred to Mr Qayyum. On meeting Mr Qayyum for the first time he was warm, friendly, caring and listened to me. He showed a genuine interest in wanting to help. I was given tablets and a nasal spray to try whilst he waited for my MRI results. I contacted Mr Qayyum’s Secretary Wendy regarding upping the dose of the tablets. Wendy was incredibly polite and efficient updating me with Mr Qayyum’s response. On my second visit Mr Qayyum had received the scan images. He was very informative about the surgery procedures he proposed to resolve my sinus problems to which I agreed. My third visit was as a day case patient for the surgery procedures. Mr Qayyum spoke with me and answered any questions I had including the ones google had created ! The facilities were immaculate, private and the staff amazing. After surgery I was discharged the same day with aftercare information and medication. Two weeks after surgery I contacted Wendy looking for advice. Mr Qayyum was on his day off but still communicated with Wendy so she could update and reassure me. He also found time to fit me in for a check up at short notice. All was well and everything was perfect. I genuinely cannot fault Mr Qayyum or the staff that support him. It is abundantly clear that people enjoy working for him due to the values he passionately upholds. Mr Qayyum is professional, kind, courteous, personable, shows complete patient focus and the snappiest dresser I have ever met ! Thank you very much for looking after me I appreciate your kindness. Emilie

Needed to have a third mastoidectomy and obliteration procedure this year. This was the first time that I met Mr Qayyum. Very professional and answered all of the questions that I raised. My operation was a great success and my hearing has improved by 10 to 15%. I am also able to go swimming, have a shower and wash my hair for the first time in 19 years without the fear of water getting in my ear and creating re-occurring infections. I cannot thank Mr Qayyum enough for the amazing difference that he has made. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Nobody wants their child to have to go through surgery. From the moment our gp said my son (age 3) needed a referral for a Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy and grommets I was filled with dread. From our very first consultation with Mr Qayyum I felt totally at ease. Mr Qayyum’s manor and professionalism is undeniably outstanding. Fast forward a few months and my son can breath through his nose for the first time, hear sounds he hasn’t ever heard before, can sleep soundly and speech has already dramatically improved, to say the operation was a success is without a doubt an understatement. I cannot thank Mr Qayyum enough for everything he has done, the team that works alongside him are second to none and deserve so much gratitude! It’s been nothing but an honour for our son to be under Mr Qayyums care. From the bottom of our hearts thankyou.
